MiniYoga club runs on Saturday mornings and are delivered by one of our DBS registered instructors.
The children will be able to relax by practicing wonderful yoga moves, mindfulness, breathing exercises and relaxation.
Separate classes run for Cubs (age 6 to 8) and Juniors (age 9 to 11). Courses run for 7 weeks or sign up for a taster class to find out more!
