As the year draws to a close I would just like to thank you for the work that you have done with us this year at Epsom Primary and Nursery School.

As a school we place a high focus on wellbeing for all stakeholders and I think we can safely say that your relaxation and mindfulness techniques have impacted positively on both children and staff throughout the school.

The new yoga enrichment has been a real hit with the children and the relaxation training that we all participated in can be seen supporting children in class in a variety of ways and also given teachers food for thought in managing their own wellbeing.
