Bubble Wand by Amy
Just imagine that you are in a really tall tower that is filled with colours. You walk over to the balcony and watch the clouds gently drift. You take in a nice big breath of fresh air and breath out any nasty dirty air. Breathe in relaxation and out any worries. You now take a light bubble wand out of your pocket. You think about all of your worries and troubles, whilst lifting the wand up to your mouth. You take a deep breath in and as you breathe out, you blow through the bubble wand, creating a huge grey cloud. You continue doing this, in and out, in and out until all of the clouds are pure white, fluffy clouds. Now you gently step into a cloud and drift away with gentle wind blowing in your face.
