Beach Mindfulness by Casey age 10

Imagine you are on the beach running around with the sand between your toes. Now take a deep breath in and out, one more time, in and out. Now imagine running into the cold sea running up and down trying to catch the waves. Ca you smell the sea salt from the sea and donuts from the people in the cabins? Now make a bubble and take out all of your worries and put them in that bubble. Now POP the bubble so all of your worries are in the air and no longer in sight.
