Keira’s mindfulness story

Close your eyes. Be calm and still. Now imagine you are in a meadow filled with daisies, buttercups and wild white roses. You can see a baby rabbit with soft white fur and a tiny pink nose start to slowly bound it’s way up to you. It leans against your arm and lies there. It stays for a while, then goes bounding up to it’s mother. You start to get up. You look around and see a single oak tree with a swing attached to it. You walk over to it and sit on it. You slowly start swinging and the warm rays of the sun fill you with happiness. You feel like you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Open your eyes and make that feeling a reality.
